Ben’s Klink Wine Bar is a cozy wine bar in Stuttgart-Degerloch, managed by Ben Benasr since September 2024. The former head chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant “Ritzi” now brings his culinary expertise to this traditional establishment.

The menu combines Swabian classics with French and oriental influences, focusing on seasonal and regional ingredients. Dishes like Black Angus roast beef with onions, coconut curry soup with shrimp, or braised Hokkaido pumpkin showcase the chef’s creative touch. The ambiance remains rustic and inviting, with a large wooden table as the centerpiece of the dining area, perfect for social gatherings.
