Absolut empfehlenswert, sehr lecker, das Fleisch ist immer sehr zart, sehr leckere klassische schwäbische Küche. Die besten Spätzle in der Umgebung, hausgemacht versteht sich. Vor allem für die Kinder ein Genuss und toll serviert in den Bootstellern 👌

Sehr freundlich Das Essen war sehr lecker, frisch zubereitet und schön angerichtet. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl und gut aufgehoben. Preis-Leistung passt ebenfalls sehr gut. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann die Ratsstuben absolut weiterempfehlen. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Restaurant mit gut bürgerlicher Küche Die Küche bietet regionale Küche mit den üblichen Klassikern aber auch saisonalen Spezialitäten. Das Essen war schön angerichtet und hat geschmacklich überzeugt. Der Zwiebelrostbraten kam auf den Punkt und war sehr zart. Die Küche versteht ihr Handwerk. Das Restaurant arbeitet viel mit regionalen Zutaten und hat an vielen Gerichten das Siegel "schmeck den Süden" Der Service hat uns freundlich empfangen. Nach den Hauptgängen wurde leider die Tische in unserem Bereich etwas ignoriert was sehr schade war. Die vollen 5 Sterne hat sich die Küche verdient. Ambiente ist gemütlich und gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können dieses Restaurant empfehlen. Preisleistung ist hinsichtlich Qualität und Portionsgröße angemessen.

Ein rundum gelungener Abend in der Ratsstuben – mit kleinem Service-Hinweis Wir besuchten die Ratsstuben und fühlten uns von Beginn an willkommen: Die freundlichen Servicekräfte und die gemütliche Atmosphäre machten den Abend von Anfang an besonders angenehm. Die Location strahlt Wärme aus, was perfekt zu einem entspannten Kulinarik-Abend passt. Als Vorspeise wählten wir den Feldsalat mit gebratener Gänseleber. Der Salat war frisch und knackig, das Dressing hervorragend abgestimmt – fruchtig, würzig und doch leicht, sodass der Gänseleber-Duft und -Geschmack optimal zur Geltung kamen. Die Gänseleber selbst war cremig und reichhaltig, eine elegante Komponente, die sich schön vom Feldsalat absetzte. Für den Hauptgang entschieden wir uns für den Zwiebelrostbraten, begleitet von hausgemachter Maultasche und Filderkraut. Der Zwiebelrostbraten wurde „englisch“ bestellt, und wir dürfen sagen: Perfekter Gargrad – außen schön angebräunt, innen saftig. Dazu das regionale Filderkraut – eine harmonische Beilage, die dem Gericht Struktur und Frische verleiht. Auch die Spätzle waren ein Gedicht: fein, butterzart und absolut passend als Beilage zu diesem herzhaften Gericht. Die Optik der Teller war ebenfalls überzeugend – jedes Gericht wurde schön angerichtet. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen zum Service: Nach dem Essen erhielten wir leider keine Aufmerksamkeit mehr, was das Dessert oder einen Digestif unmöglich machte. Das war bedauerlich, da wir gern noch den Abschluss unseres Abends mit einer süßen Note oder einem Digestif gekrönt hätten. Wir hoffen, dass dies eine Ausnahme war und künftig durchweg aufmerksam bedient werden. Fazit: Trotz des kleinen Mangels bleiben wir überzeugt und geben gerne 5 Sterne. Die Küche beweist Fantasie und Handwerk, die Gerichte sind geschmacklich auf sehr gutem Niveau zubereitet und ansprechend serviert. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder – in der Hoffnung auf gleichbleibend exzellenten Service am Ende des Abends.

Super schönes schwäbisches Restaurant! Man wird sehr warmherzig empfangen und es herrscht bei den Servicekräften eine echte Harmonie, was eher selten zu beobachten ist. Die Speisen, vom ersten bis zum letzten Gang, absolut top. Insbesondere der Zwiebelrostbraten, welchen ich Medium-Rare bestellt habe, war auf den Punkt. Super lieben Dank an das Ratsstuben Team, es war alles rund um klasse!
