Accessibility Statement

1. Scope

This statement applies to the website www.afterwork-stuttgart.de. We want to give everyone the easiest possible and equal access to our information about businesses, events and offers in the Stuttgart region.

2. Compliance status

This website is partially accessible. In its design and development, we follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at conformance level AA and the European standard EN 301 549.

3. Usage aids

• Accessibility settings: Via the person icon at the bottom of the page you can enable higher contrast, larger text, highlighted links and reduced motion. The settings remain saved in your browser.
• Light and dark mode: switchable via the icon in the header.
• Multilingual: The content is available in German, English and French.
• Operation: Navigation, menus and forms can be operated by keyboard and are labelled for screen readers.

4. Known limitations

• Not all images, especially photos provided by partner businesses, have meaningful alternative texts yet.
• Embedded third-party content – Google Maps, 360-degree tours (Matterport, Kuula) and YouTube videos – is not fully accessible. We have no influence over its design. Addresses and directions are also available in text form on the partner pages.
• The automatic translations into English and French as well as the chat assistant’s answers are machine-generated and may contain linguistic inaccuracies.

We are working to remedy these limitations step by step.

This statement was prepared on 7 October 2026. It is based on a self-assessment. We review it regularly and whenever the website changes significantly.
