The tasteful pharmacy furnishings from the Black Forest, dating back over 110 years, give “ampulle” in Stuttgart’s west its very special atmosphere. Over 170 varieties of gin are served in this extraordinary setting. The microdistillation system right in the middle of the venue, the only one of its kind in southern Germany, is a real gem. More than 20 different tonics and bitters, in-house production of bitter aromas, and the Members Club with limited barrel bottlings are second to none. The secret of dry-aged beef lies in the special dry-aging process and, of course, in choosing the right breed of cattle. The focus is on the selected specialties in the freestanding aging cabinet. Whether Herford Irish Prime, Nebraska Angus, Tomahawk from Canada or Wagyu Beef, the aged steaks are cooked on the 800-degree grill.

Selten in einem Restaurant gewesen, mit so viel Kompetenz, Herz und Wohlfühlcharakter. Wir hatten einen Gin Tasting, kann ich jedem nur empfehlen, wir wurden in die Welt des Gins eingeführt und mit viel Witz und Verstand durch den Abend begleitet. Das Essen war hervorragend, und jeder Gang war harmonisch abgestimmt und ein Erlebnis. Vielen Dank dafür! Der Service in diesem Restaurant ist auf höchstem Niveau und das Ambiente ist perfekt abgestimmt. Vielen Dank für das wunderschöne Erlebnis, hier spreche ich für mich und meine Gruppe, wie war mit 18 Personen vor Ort und hatten von der ersten bis zur letzten Sekunde Riesenspaß und ein unvergessliches Erlebnis.

Der Empfang war derart sympathisch und nett. Wir haben uns gleich super wohl gefühlt. Ich bin kein großer Fleischesser eigentlich, aber ich muss schon sagen, das war ein qualitativ sehr gutes und leckeres Steak. Auch die Beilagen waren köstlich. Hochpreisig, aber absolut jeden Euro wert.

Das Fleisch war sehr gut zubereitet, so wie gewünscht. Auch die beilagen waren sehr lecker. Vor allem der Flammkuchen und die Salate haben sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Auswahl an Ginsorten erschlagen. Einen, allerdings können die Barkeeper einem da sehr gut beraten. Rund um ein schönes und genussvolles Erlebnis.

Der Burger war einfach sensationell – perfekt zubereitet, saftig und voller Geschmack. Das Dessert rundete das kulinarische Erlebnis perfekt ab und war schlichtweg ein Traum. Das gesamte Ambiente und der Service machen den Besuch zu einem echten Highlight. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die Genuss auf höchstem Niveau schätzen.

Wirklich tolles Essen, sehr hochwertiges Fleisch, viel Trüffel auf dem Flammkuchen und das Dessert ein Traum! Die Location ist nett und liebevoll eingerichtet, die Mitarbeiter freundlich, aber leider total unaufmerksam. Wir wären beinahe am Tisch verdurstet und mussten aktiv nach der Dessertkarte fragen. Alles hat echt lang gedauert und der Laden war nicht komplett voll. Würden aber aufgrund des guten Essens wiederkommen.
