Wer in Echterdingen richtig gut italienisch essen möchte, landet früher oder später im Adesso da Salvo – und das völlig zu Recht. Gastgeber und Küchenchef Salvatore „Salvo“ Zangara beherrscht die leichte, feine italienische Küche meisterhaft. Wer ihn noch aus den 90ern aus dem „Leonardo Da Vinci“ kennt, wusste schon damals: Der Mann kann mehr als nur Pizza. Seit dem Umzug nach Echterdingen im November 2007 konzentriert sich Salvo im Adesso ganz auf seine Kochleidenschaft – und das merkt man auf jedem Teller. Kreativ, frisch und mit viel Gefühl für gute Produkte. Kein Wunder, dass das Restaurant seit fast 20 Jahren zu den besten Adressen der Stadt gehört. Auch mittags lohnt sich ein Besuch: Drei tagesaktuelle Gerichte stehen zur Auswahl, vorher gibt’s köstliches Weißbrot mit Olivenöl und einen frischen Salat – ein kleiner italienischer Kurzurlaub in der Mittagspause. Natürlich hat Qualität hier ihren Preis. Aber ganz ehrlich: Für so viel Geschmack, Können und Genuss zahlt man ihn am Ende sogar gern.

Ich kannte das Restaurant vorher nicht, hatte aber von Freunden davon gehört. Und ich muss sagen, sie hatten Recht. Die Atmosphäre war entspannend, das Licht gedämpft, die Gerichte schmeckten wie in einem Sterne-Restaurant und der Fisch war unglaublich frisch. Mir hat alles hervorragend geschmeckt. Wir hatten Kalbfleisch mit Thunfischsauce, Bruschetta, Seezunge mit Gemüse, ein köstliches Pastagericht mit Pistazienpesto und zum Dessert eine exzellente Panna cotta und ein Pistaziensoufflé. Alles war fantastisch. Die Bedienung war freundlich und immer gut gelaunt. Wir kommen wieder.

Ich würde noch mehr Sterne geben wenn ich könnte. Wunderschönes Lokal, sehr herzlicher Chef. Man fühlt sich gleich willkommen. ... und das Essen ist der absolute Hammer. Sooo gut. Klar ist es etwas teurer als der Italiener um die Ecke aber es ist etwas besonderes und jeden Cent wert. Danke Salvo

Sterneküche ohne Stern - wir bekamen heute Fisch (Rondinella di Mare Wildfang) vom Feinsten, frisch ausgesucht, sizilianisch und liebevoll zubereitet. Geschmacklich perfekt! Adesso ist für uns absolut konkurrenzlos. Wir schätzen das herzliche Willkommen in dieser eleganten und gleichzeitig gemütlichen. Atmosphäre 🍀

Ich gebe nicht schnell volle Punktzahl. Aber ihr habt es absolut verdient. Ich war zu Fuß von der Messe aus unterwegs und suchte ein Restaurant zum Abendessen. Zum Glück bin ich hier vorbei gekommen. Der Service war sehr nett und wahnsinnig schnell. Da ich der erste an den Abend in dem Restaurant war, wurde ich direkt und schnell bedient, danke dafür. Die Service Fachkraft konnte mir auch sehr sehr gute Empfehlungen aus der Karte geben. Was soll ich sagen, kulinarisch wurde ich dort auf das feinste verwöhnt. Die Tomaten Suppe war der Himmel pur. So eine super Suppe hatte ich noch nie. Das Steak war so zart, das ich gar kein Messer benötigt hätte. Die ,,Nachspeise'', der edle Grappa, war so lecker, das man dort voll auf seine Kosten gekommen ist. Vielen vielen Dank für diesen herrlichen Genießer Abend. Für solch eine Qualität und Hingabe zum Koch/Restaurant Handwerk gebe ich auch sehr gern Mal ein üppiges Trinkgeld. Der Bedienung war es zu viel, da sieht man Mal wie bescheiden dieser Laden ist. Respekt, ihr seid ganz ganz toll. Macht weiter so.
