Ben’s Weinstube Klink is a cozy wine tavern in Stuttgart-Degerloch, run by Ben Benasr since September 2024. The former head chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant “Ritzi” now brings his culinary expertise to this long-established venue. The menu combines Swabian classics with French and Oriental influences, with a focus on seasonal and regional ingredients. Dishes such as Black Angus beef with onions, coconut curry soup with shrimp, and braised Hokkaido pumpkin showcase the chef’s creative signature. The atmosphere remains rustic and welcoming, with a large wooden table at the heart of the dining room inviting guests to gather and socialize.
