⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ich war aus Hawaii angereist. Meine Mutter und ich hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Mövenpick Stuttgart und möchten besonders das gesamte Team hervorheben. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise wurden wir ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell betreut. Auch bei einem technischen Problem während unseres Aufenthalts hat das Team sehr aufmerksam, verständnisvoll und lösungsorientiert reagiert. Die Art und Weise, wie mit der Situation umgegangen wurde, hat uns sehr beeindruckt und gezeigt, wie wichtig hier der Gast und sein Wohlbefinden sind. Das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight: Das Buffet war sehr vielseitig und bot eine große Auswahl an hochwertigen Speisen. Besonders möchten wir B. Rath aus dem Frühstücksbereich erwähnen. Mit ihrer herzlichen und aufmerksamen Art hat sie jeden Morgen für eine angenehme Atmosphäre gesorgt. Ein besonderes Erlebnis war außerdem der junge, große Herr, der auf Wunsch frische Omeletts zubereitete. Mit viel Können und Leidenschaft zauberte er eines der besten Omeletts, die wir bisher in einem Hotel genießen durften – ein echtes Highlight am Frühstückstisch. Auch am Abend waren wir begeistert. Im Restaurant wurden wir von einem sehr aufmerksamen Kellner aus Beuren hervorragend betreut. Ebenso war das Team in der Bar großartig. Uns wurde jeder Wunsch förmlich von den Augen abgelesen – ein Service, der weit über das Übliche hinausgeht. Unser Zimmer war modern, geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Besonders angenehm waren die vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie Mineralwasser, Bademantel und Pantoffeln, die den Aufenthalt zusätzlich verschönert haben. Ein kleiner Hinweis zum Parken: Die Einfahrt ist etwas eng, die Parkplätze selbst sind jedoch erfreulich großzügig dimensioniert. Wer auf die Beschilderung bei Ein- und Ausfahrt achtet, kommt problemlos zurecht. Insgesamt war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft, die Professionalität und den außergewöhnlichen Service. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Das Hotel selbst ist schön eingerichtet, hat eine gute Lage und die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, wenn auch gefühlt leicht chaotisch. Leider lief hier dann auch eine Kleinigkeit schief, welche wir aber erst mitten in der Nacht feststellten, da plötzlich ein fremder Gast bei uns im Zimmer stand. Als wir dies am nächsten Morgen an der Rezeption erwähnten, kam lediglich ein erschrockenes "OH". Das war alles. Kein Entschuldigung, kein Entgegenkommen, nichts. Das hat uns schon sehr enttäuscht. Grundsätzlich waren sonst alle Servicekräfte sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Bei einer Pause der Tagung, an der wir vor Ort teilgenommen haben, musste allerdings eine Servicekraft unbedingt zwischen den Stehtischen durch und hat uns - ohne Entschuldigung - umgerempelt obwohl nebendran alles frei war. Bezüglich des Parkhauses sollte man noch erwähnen, dass die Einfahrt sehr schwer zu finden ist. Wir wären fast in ein anderes Parkhaus gefahren, weil die Beschilderung recht klein ausfällt. Und die Abbiegespur sehr kurz und nicht gesondert ausgeschildert ist. Hier könnte man noch nachbessern.

Am meisten begeistert hat uns jedoch das Team. Vom Koch bis zum Service – man spürt, dass hier ein eingespieltes Miteinander gelebt wird. Die Aufmerksamkeit, die Herzlichkeit und die professionelle Selbstverständlichkeit, mit der sich um das Wohl der Gäste gekümmert wird, sind außergewöhnlich. Man merkt, dass hier Menschen mit Freude und Leidenschaft zusammenarbeiten. Wir hatten ein sehr freundschaftliches Treffen und haben Ihr Restaurant bewusst aufgrund der vielen positiven Stimmen ausgewählt. Diese können wir nun aus voller Überzeugung weitergeben. Es war ein genussvoller, entspannter und zugleich besonderer Abend, den wir an Ihrer Bar wunderbar ausklingen lassen durften. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und bedanken uns herzlich für dieses besondere Erlebnis.
