Hatten einen schönen Abend. Service freundlich, aber etwas dominant. Essen lecker, jedoch kein Wow-Erlebnis. Ambiente mittel, Toiletten im Museum.

Meine Freunde und ich waren schon viermal zum Business Lunch hier, alles super. Der Service und das Essen sind hervorragend. Super ist, dass es das Lunch auch am Samstag gibt, dann können auch diejenigen, die weiter weg wohnen, reinfahren.

Ein rundum perfekter Abend im Hegel Eins! Das Essen war auf höchstem Niveau, edel angerichtet und geschmacklich herausragend. Das Ambiente im Kunstmuseum ist beeindruckend, und das Team – sowohl Kellner als auch Besitzer – war außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich habe mich wirklich aufgehoben gefühlt – absolute Empfehlung!

War mal wieder mit einem guten Buch dort zum Essen. Und es war richtig klasse. Eine sehr abwechslungsreiche und kreative Küche – wirklich nicht 08/15. Der Stern ist absolut verdient. Die Weine dazu waren ebenfalls wunderbar. Dazu kommt, dass einfach eine gute Atmosphäre herrscht. Freundlicher, schneller und aufmerksamer Service. Gerne auch mal ein bisschen Smalltalk – aber gar nicht unangenehm oder aufdringlich. Tolles Sternerestaurant, in dem sich ein Besuch immer wieder lohnt. Danke für den tollen Abend!
