1. Scope<\/strong><\/h3>

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between AFTERWORK Region Stuttgart (Operator OMC Events-Marketing & e-Communication UG) and the advertiser (client), unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.<\/p>

2. Subject Matter<\/strong><\/h3>

The subject matter includes advertisements, sponsoring, banner\/display placement, and editorial contributions, as described in the Media Kit PDF (e.g., reach, formats, and durations).<\/p>

3. Conclusion of Contract<\/strong><\/h3>

The order is considered binding upon written order confirmation. \u2022 Verbal or telephone agreements require written confirmation to be effective. <\/p>

4. Scope of Services<\/strong><\/h3>

The specific services (ad volumes, placement, duration, print\/online presence, frequency, etc.) are defined in the individual offer. \u2022 Changes after printing or going live are only valid with written consent and may incur additional costs. \u2022 For digital services (e.g., banners, newsletters), agreed durations apply from the start of placement. In case of technical disruptions beyond OMC\u2019s control, a replacement placement may be provided. <\/p>

5. Prices & Payment<\/strong><\/h3>

The prices stated in the offer (net\/gross) are valid. \u2022 Invoicing takes place after publication or at the start of the term. \u2022 Payment term: 14 days net from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. \u2022 In case of default in payment: default interest according to \u00a7 288 BGB. \u2022 In case of justified doubts about the client\u2019s solvency, OMC may make further services (e.g., online advertising) dependent on an advance payment or the settlement of outstanding amounts. \u2022 Optionally, a 2% discount may be granted for payment within 8 days. <\/p>

6. Cancellation \/ Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h3>

Up to 4 weeks before publication or campaign start: free of charge. \u2022 Up to 2 weeks before: 50% of the net price. \u2022 Later: full remuneration. \u2022 Goodwill arrangements can be agreed individually. \u2022 The deadlines apply equally to print and online campaigns. <\/p>

7. Material Delivery<\/strong><\/h3>

The customer delivers print-ready files (observe formats, sizes, deadlines from media data). \u2022 In case of late or incorrect delivery: the customer bears liability and costs. \u2022 The organization of proofs lies with the publisher\/medium. \u2022 For online ads, the following requirements apply: file formats JPG, PNG, GIF, HTML5; maximum file size 150 KB. Deviating formats require approval. \u2022 In case of delayed material delivery, OMC may postpone or cancel the placement. <\/p>

8. Liability \/ Warranty<\/strong><\/h3>
